Our Story
Our story starts small. It’s a story of a business that has evolved to its current capacity through sincere hard work and heartfelt integrity. Kat Rocha, our founder, started the business in her living room as a single mother of a 9-year-old. That required dedication and determination, a dream.
Her dream was to have her own business and operate it according to her own ethics and values. It would be a business founded on an important, but often overlooked premise, of Do The Right Thing.
Using the knowledge, contacts, and processes from her previous tenure at an agency, Kat embarked on this new endeavor utilizing that solid experience to make it work.
That was twenty-three years ago.
Today’s thriving business occupies a 10,000 sq foot building buzzing with dedicated staff, each bringing important expertise to our operation. The KT Family is truly a family – with talented, honest, personable people and their adorable pets and office mascots.
What means the most to KT are the clients. The client portfolio is full of awesome organizations doing great work on the planet, several of whom KT has worked with for many years.
